Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. This is a pure outbound role where the SDR will be responsible for prospecting and reaching out to potential product-based companies. The initial focus will be the US market, generating qualified leads for our UI-UX design services. However, the target geography can change to other regions worldwide based on business requirements, so flexibility is key. The ideal candidate will be skilled in cold calling, emailing, data extraction, and building strong business relationships with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential product-based companies (primarily in the US market, with flexibility to adapt to other geographies).
- Conduct cold calls as the primary outreach method to establish connections with key stakeholders.
- Send personalized, professional outbound emails to engage prospects and follow up consistently.
- Extract, research, and build prospect lists using tools like , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead-gen platforms.
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations and assess their UI-UX design needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales leadership to align outreach strategies and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly activity and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, Business Development Executive, or similar outbound role (IT services experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills, especially in verbal communication for cold calling prospects in international markets.
- Excellent written skills for crafting professional outreach emails.
- Hands-on experience with , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting/data extraction tools.
- Understanding of UI-UX design services and ability to pitch value propositions.
- Familiarity with lead-generation tools, CRM software, and outbound sales strategies.
- Ability to work flexible shifts to cover different geographies (US initially, with potential expansion to other regions).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to contribute to team success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience generating outbound leads for IT services companies targeting global markets.
- Prior exposure to product-based clients.
