Role & responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to fabricators, dealers, and customers regarding fabrication, installation, and maintenance of uPVC window and door systems.
  • Resolve product-related issues such as profile performance, sealing, hardware compatibility, and installation defects.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of customer complaints and recommend corrective/ preventive actions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for fabricators and installation teams on fabrication techniques, hardware fitting, and best installation practices.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to communicate field feedback for continuous improvement of profiles and accessories.
  • Visit project sites to supervise installation and ensure alignment with design and quality specifications.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, service visit summaries, and customer feedback records.
  • Maintain a database of complaints, resolutions, and recurring technical issues.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong understanding of uPVC profile systems, fabrication processes, and hardware applications.
  • Good knowledge of architectural drawings, glazing details, and site measurement techniques.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with fabricators, architects, and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical support assignments.
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering (or related field)
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical service, fabrication support, or quality control in uPVC doors & windows industry
