We're growing our product management team and looking for an Associate Product Manager - AI (APM) to help shape and scale our core platform capabilities.
Role Overview:
As an Associate Product Manager – AI at , you will play a critical role in building the foundational systems that power our AI-driven underwriting solutions. You will collaborate with machine learning, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to enhance platform features, improve data processing capabilities, and ensure scalability for our growing client base. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and excited to work at the intersection of AI technology and insurance innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
● Defining and delivering the product roadmap for platform capabilities including governance, workflow management, AI-powered features, and API integrations.
● Write product requirements for AI features, assist with sprint planning, and validate releases to ensure real-world value.
● Take full ownership of the design, development, and launch of new tools or product features from conception to execution.
● Partner with engineering and machine learning teams to experiment with, evaluate, and refine AI/ML models.
● Partner with client-facing teams to gather feedback and ensure platform features address customer pain points.
● Conduct competitor and market research to identify innovative AI trends and best practices for document AI solutions.
● Help ensure AI products meet ethical guidelines and regulatory standards relevant to the insurance industry.
● Track and analyze model performance metrics, collaborating to fine-tune algorithms for precision and compliance.
● Contribute to internal and external documentation for AI features and model explainability.
Qualifications:
● 1–4 years' experience in product management, data analysis, or working closely with AI-focused teams.
● Foundational knowledge of machine learning/AI concepts, data pipelines, or NLP/CNN is a plus.
● Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), document AI, or designing and managing AI-guided workflows is a strong plus.
● Passion for AI/ML technologies and interest in the insurance space.
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; further AI/ML qualifications are a bonus.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
