Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Franchisee Sales position. The Franchisee Sales role will involve identifying and recruiting potential franchisees, managing franchisee relationships, assisting in the setup and training of new franchisees, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. The role also requires analyzing market trends, implementing sales strategies, and working towards achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with franchisees and providing ongoing support to ensure their success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Franchise Development, Business Development (4-7years)
  • Strong understanding of market analysis and sales strategy implementation
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Willingness to travel as required.
