Company Description

Square Yards is a full-stack prop tech platform that covers the entire consumer journey from search and discovery to transactions, mortgages, home furnishing, rentals, and property management. With over 15,000+ transactions worth over US $1bn annually, Square Yards has successfully transitioned to the global market, with a quarter of its revenue coming from regions like the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Leveraging data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to disrupt traditional marketplaces by creating the first MLS in India. Additionally, it operates adjacent B2C platforms such as Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital.

Role Description

The Business Development Executive is a full-time role based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include new business development, lead generation, and account management. Day-to-day tasks involve identifying potential business opportunities, communicating with prospective clients, managing accounts, and developing strategic plans to drive sales and growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Good Personality
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Experience in the prop tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
