Role Overview
We're looking for a creative, camera-confident Social Media & to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role combines social media strategy, content creation, influencer collaboration, and on-camera presentation.

You'll be the driving force behind Terratern's online presence — managing our platforms, creating engaging content, representing the brand on camera, and building relationships with influencers who align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Be the on-camera face for videos, reels, and explainers that connect with our audience authentically.
• Identify, collaborate with, and manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in relevant niches (career, education, travel, migration).
• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end from outreach and negotiation to tracking deliverables and measuring ROI.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency.
• Stay updated with social, video, and influencer trends, apply best practices to increase reach and engagement.
• Track KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and derive insights to optimize campaigns.
• Engage with our community respond to comments, DMs, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Translate complex immigration and global mobility topics into relatable, engaging content.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Growth in followers, engagement, and video reach.
• Number and quality of influencer collaborations executed.
• Conversion and lead generation from social and influencer campaigns.
• Brand consistency, sentiment, and awareness.
• Audience engagement and response rate metrics.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital content creation.
• Proven ability to plan and execute influencer collaborations.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera for short-form videos, reels, or interviews.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and visual aesthetics.
• Experience in immigration, study abroad, or global careers (preferred but not mandatory).
