Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, affiliates, programmatic, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end paid campaigns including planning, execution, monitoring, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams to define campaign objectives and KPIs.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, cost per acquisition (CPA), and lead quality.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization to enhance campaign performance.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-impact ad copies and visuals.
  • Manage and track digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
  • Monitor competitor campaigns and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) to measure and report campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, publishers, and affiliate partners for campaign execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines in all campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong expertise in performance marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics, tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver campaigns within ROI/CPA targets.
  • Knowledge of remarketing, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional execution.

Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing digital trends.

Education/Certifications:

  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta, Analytics, or related areas advantageous.
  • Graduate /Post Graduation in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Administration.
