Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Analyst focused on the Gujarati Voice Process. The role is based in Navi Mumbai and involves monitoring and evaluating the quality of voice-based interactions to ensure compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include conducting quality audits, preparing feedback reports, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall process. The Quality Analyst will also support the team in meeting performance targets while promoting a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret data for improving voice process quality
  • Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management to monitor and maintain high standards
  • Excellent Communication skills, particularly in Gujarati, to accurately assess and guide team performance
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and address process inefficiencies
  • Familiarity with voice process operations and relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
  • Graduate degree in any discipline (bachelor's degree preferred); prior experience in customer service or quality analysis is beneficial
