Role & responsibilities Work Related :

  • Categorization/Classification of bank transactions.
  • Ensuring correctness of transactions booked in Uncategorized Expense and Income Account
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Ensuring that the open items on Bank Reconciliation Statement are correct in nature.
  • Payroll Entry Bookkeeping and Payroll GL Reconciliation. Calculation and recording the following:
    • Depreciation
    • Amortization
    • Deferred Revenue
    • Prepaid and Accrual
    • Profit and Loss Statement Review and Analysis.
    • Balance Sheet Statement Review and Analysis.
    • Month Closing and Reporting.
    • Drafting SOP as and when needed.
    • Learning new apps and reporting tools required for client servicing.

Client Oriented:

  • Managing client independently for regular work related items.
  • Ensuring prompt and timely replies to clients communication.
  • Attending to weekly client call with Team Leader to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Handling client escalations if any with help of Team Leader.
  • Nurturing client relationship

Preferred candidate profile

  • Fluent written and verbal English communication is a must
  • Exposure of handling overseas clients is a must.
  • Desire to learn new skills and apps to excel is necessary
  • QB Certification is an added advantage
