JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Project Operations & Execution:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Solar Rooftop projects, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate and monitor field teams, vendors, and contractors to achieve operational targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards during project implementation.

Planning & Budgeting:

  • Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Track and monitor progress against timelines and deliverables using company tools and systems.
  • Support in controlling project costs and ensuring resource optimization.

Team Coordination & Communication:

  • Act as a bridge between on-site teams, internal departments, and leadership.
  • Facilitate smooth communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide on-ground leadership and resolve operational challenges proactively.

Quality Assurance & Reporting:

  • Monitor quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, daily updates, and performance metrics.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Solar Rooftop project execution.
  • Solid understanding of rooftop solar installation processes, regulatory standards, and EPC practices.
  • Ability to lead on-ground teams and work under tight deadlines with a solution-oriented mindset.
