Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide product recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and store KPIs.
- Coordinate with the showroom manager and inventory team for stock availability and display.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising, product presentation, and store cleanliness.
- Build long-term customer relationships and handle VIP/loyal customers.
- Manage order follow-ups, billing, and documentation.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and after-sales issues professionally.
- Work closely with marketing for promotions, events, and festive campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and present performance insights to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in jewellery retail sales (minimum 3–4 years required).
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of diamonds, gold, kundan, polki, and gemstone products is preferred.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Good understanding of sales metrics and showroom operations.
- Presentable, confident, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹70,027.25 per month
