L T Construction and Mining Machinery is looking for a Sales Manager- Mining Equipment Business-Jaipur Rajasthan Who we are L T Construction Mining Machinery is part of the highly successful Larsen Toubro Group one of the India s largest engineering conglomerates widely acknowledged for the scale and size of its achievements As pioneers in excavator technology in India L T has been at the forefront by consolidating its leadership position in the Construction Mining Equipment Industry Over the years L T has nurtured business partnerships with global leaders Komatsu-Japan to offer products that conform to international standards of quality safety and reliability Role Description Sales managers are a key point of contact for our customers and provide both pre and after-sales advice As a sales manager you will be responsible for driving your team towards end-to-end sales cycle business development through customer acquisition and building long term relationships with customers which ensures higher recall value You shall be responsible to drive inspire the team under you to achieve the business targets You ll use your technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of LTCEL Komatsu products What you ll be doing Regular travel and customer visits for business development and identification of new prospects MDOs Coordinate with existing clients to manage ongoing requirements and maintain strong relationships Internal coordination with the PRO and PSD teams to address and resolve customer concerns Timely management of payment collections and PBG submissions including follow-ups on expired PBGs sharing performance dashboards with customers Training team members on the relevant processes and developing competencies for effectively conducting field studies Educational Experience Requirements B Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 7-15 years of relevant experience in selling mining equipments What skills experience you ll bring to us Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment products Ability to maintain long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders Effective communication-Written Verbal English Hindi Regional Language Confident outgoing attention to detail perseverance and endurance Effective Negotiation skills Teamworking and organizational skills Posting location Jaipur Rajasthan Salary Range Negotiable as per the merits
