Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations professional to join our team in West Delhi. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on HR operations, payroll processing, compliance management, and fostering a productive and engaging work environment.
BUDGET: 30-32K Per Month
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of at least 4 years in HR operations handling core HR processes in a dynamic organization.
- Strong expertise in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements (Mandatory skill).
- Comprehensive understanding of labor compliances with hands-on experience in PF and ESI administration (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in managing HRIS systems for accurate data management, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Effective employee onboarding skills, enabling smooth integration of new hires and maintaining positive candidate experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations, resolving HR issues and supporting a harmonious workplace environment.
- Edit and optimize employee engagement initiatives to drive motivation, productivity, and retention across teams.
- Excellent communication skills, facilitating clear interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Must have skills: compliances (Mandatory skill), Payroll Processing (Mandatory skill), PF ESI (Mandatory skill).
- Required skills: Onboarding, HRIS administration, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer and process payroll for all employees, ensuring statutory deductions and compliance with applicable laws.
- Manage employee PF, ESI, and other social security benefits, including documentation and resolution of related queries.
- Oversee end-to-end employee onboarding, maintaining all relevant records and coordinating induction sessions for smooth assimilation.
- Maintain and update the HRIS systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data and records.
- Resolve employee queries, support the grievance redressal process, and act as the first point of contact for HR-related concerns.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Assist in compliance audits, manage record-keeping, and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support business needs through effective HR solutions and initiatives.
- Prepare periodic HR reports for management and contribute to HR process improvements and policy formulation.
