Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an HR Executive who is not only a skilled professional but

also a strategic thinker. This role involves direct interaction with

both potential and existing team members, where you will help shape the

company's culture, understand employee needs, and contribute to business

growth. Additionally, as part of the HR team, you will oversee various

HR initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient operations, fostering a

positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Manage HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day processes.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Lead partner outreach initiatives, building and maintaining strategic external relationships.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation
  • Support organizational development initiatives
  • Assist with employee performance management and training initiatives.
  • Administer payroll and benefits

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven experience in partner outreach and relationship management
  • Onboarding and training expertise
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Strong work ethics and initiative
  • Leadership experience is a plus
