Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, talent acquisition, and HR compliance. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional capable of handling day-to-day HR functions while contributing to organizational growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
- Maintain talent pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Execute structured onboarding and induction programs.
2. HR Operations
- Handle employee lifecycle processes: joining, confirmation, transfer, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
- Maintain and update HRMS data and employee records.
- Prepare HR dashboards, trackers, and reports.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, R&R programs, and HR initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance resolution.
- Support in maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in implementing PMS cycles, KRAs/KPIs, reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate with department heads for timely evaluations.
5. Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Assist in updating HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.
- Manage audits, recordkeeping, and compliance reporting.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs along with departmental managers.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in NBFC / BFSI sector (added advantage).
- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with modern HR practices and talent management tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
