Job reponsibilities :
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social platforms, and professional networking channels.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and off boarding processes.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
- Handle attendance tracking and salary calculations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters and provide timely support.
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
Job Location : Dwarka sector 8, Bagdola, Delhi
Job timings - Mon to Sat, 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
