The Chulha Tales Kitchens LLP invites qualified Hospitality Consultants / F&B Project Specialists to submit a Phase-wise Proposal and Quotation for developing our upcoming QSR & Experiential Dining Brand Projects in Siliguri | Kolkata | Bengaluru.

Our objective is to engage a consultant who can deliver end-to-end professional reports, SOPs, and strategic guidance for feasibility, setup, and operational excellence of The Chulha Tales Kitchens LLP.

1. Submission Requirements

Interested consultants/firms must submit the following:

2. Past Project Experience (minimum 2–3 relevant QSR or hospitality projects)

3. Phase-wise Proposal including:

- Professional Fee (exclusive of taxes)

1. Compliance Documents:

- PAN, GST Registration, or Trade License

- Bank Details for future transactions

- Client Testimonials or Reference Letters

1. Terms & Conditions

• The proposal amount will be finalized post technical and qualification evaluation.

• The consultant must sign an NDA and Work Order Agreement prior to commencement.

• Payment will be made phase-wise upon satisfactory submission and approval of deliverables.

• The consultant shall ensure data confidentiality, originality, and non-disclosure of brand strategy.

• Reports must be professionally formatted, data-backed, and editable for internal reference.

• All intellectual property (reports, SOPs, and plans) shall remain the sole property of The Chulha Tales Kitchens LLP.
