Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Senior/HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building a talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role requires someone with a passion for talent acquisition and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Promote Skyquest Technology as an employer of choice through positive candidate engagement.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding, documentation and employee engagement initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, free job boards, and other sourcing platforms to attract candidates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
