Role Overview:

We're looking for a sharp, analytical, and creative
Performance Marketing Manager

to lead our paid media strategy across channels. You'll own the full-funnel growth from awareness to retention
by planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that drive revenue, new customer acquisition, and brand love
.

NOTE-
We're not looking for freelancers or agencies. This is a full-time on-location role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other emerging channels to drive ROAS, conversions, and CAC efficiency.
  • Design and manage the customer journey across top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel campaigns, integrating creative, messaging, and targeting.
  • Work with the design and content teams to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives that balance storytelling with conversion goals.
  • Track performance metrics daily, analyse campaign data, and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CAC.
  • Collaborate with design and tech teams to improve CRO through A/B testing and user journey refinement.
  • Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure consistent messaging across remarketing, email, and WhatsApp flows.
  • Own and allocate digital ad spends efficiently to maximise growth while maintaining profitability.
  • Monitor performance trends in the premium fashion category and suggest strategic experiments.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with insights and learnings.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in D2C fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and performance analytics tools.
  • Strong grasp of data interpretation and can translate numbers into strategy.
  • A problem-solver with a growth mindset, equally comfortable in strategy and day-to-day campaign tweaks.
  • Creative sensibility to understand what works for a brand like QUA- premium, aspirational, and storytelling-led.
  • Obsessed with learning, testing, and improving performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a solution-driven mindset.
