What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

Month 1:
You've mapped 100+ qualified prospects across our target verticals—startups who just raised funding, creators hitting 50K+ followers, and DTC brands stuck at plateau revenue. You're not just finding names; you're identifying
intent signals
.

Month 2:
You've booked 15+ discovery calls with
decision-makers
. Not "interested" replies. Actual meetings. Your outreach doesn't sound like a template because you've done the homework—you know their competitors, their content gaps, and their growth bottlenecks.

Month 3:
We've closed 3-5 new clients directly from your pipeline. You've built systems we can replicate.

You're the Right Person If:

What You'll Actually Do:

Build prospecting systems that scale—CRM workflows, lead scoring frameworks, and outreach sequences that compound over time.

Research like an investigator—track funding rounds, monitor competitor agencies, and identify brands outgrowing their current marketing partners.

Own the top of the funnel—from first touch to qualified handoff. If a lead goes cold, you know why and how to re-engage.

Work with me (founder) and our growth team to refine positioning based on what's working in conversations. Your feedback shapes our pitch.

What You Bring:

Experience in
lead generation, business development, or sales
—preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environments. You've built pipelines before.

Comfort with tools—CRM platforms, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, whatever gets results. You're tool-agnostic but outcome-obsessed.

Communication that converts—written and verbal. You can adapt the tone for a scrappy startup founder vs. a corporate CMO.

Self-direction—you don't need daily check-ins. You need a goal, a deadline, and autonomy.

Work Setup:

Hybrid—choose what works
