Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Gwalior. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include monitoring financial transactions, processing customer requests, and addressing client inquiries. The Account Manager will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve client concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of banking and NBFC operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in client relationship management
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in a related role within the banking or financial services industry is a plus
