Role & responsibilities :-

  • Manage daily facility operations, including employee queries, housekeeping,

front office, vendor coordination, and service requests.

  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring closure within agreed timelines

and proper follow-ups.

  • Maintain a strong customer service mindset to ensure workplace comfort and

employee satisfaction.

  • Provide timely and accurate updates to reporting managers on tasks, issues, and

resolutions.

  • Oversee UPS system-related support and coordinate with vendors for AMC or

breakdown issues.

  • Ensure seamless coordination with external service providers while tracking

performance.

Preferred candidate profile :-

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Service-driven approach with the ability to resolve issues quickly and independently.
  • Proven sense of accountability and ownership in previous roles.
  • Basic understanding of facility equipment (UPS system) with willingness to learn further.
  • Ability to adapt and work independently without heavy supervision.
  • Open to both male and female candidates
