Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

- Education Qualification: MBA (preferred)
- Experience Required: 8 to 12 years in Sales (Real Estate experience preferred, mid-
segment/gated community exposure is an advantage)
Role & responsibilities :
Pranava East Crest - Hastinapur Gated Community Apartments
Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets for Pranava East Crest.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client engagement, presentations,
negotiations, and closures.
- Conduct site visits, explain project features, and ensure superior customer experiences.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with Walkins, middle-income families, corporate
employees, Channel Partners and referrals.
- Lead and mentor junior sales executives to achieve targets individually as well Team.
- Provide regular updates on competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and presentations for review.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in residential real estate sales (gated communities preferred).
- Strong client handling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with diverse customer groups, from middle-income to HNIs.
- Local market knowledge of East Hyderabad will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for Pranava Greenwich Villas.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client engagement, presentations,
negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNIs, NRIs, and Business clients.
- Strengthen partnerships with channel partners and real estate consultants.
- Conduct site visits and deliver a superior customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve collective goals.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and timely sales reports to management.
- Represent the Pranava brand with the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in luxury or premium real estate sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and high-value negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and build strong client relationships.
- Leadership qualities with team mentoring capability.
- Knowledge of Hyderabads premium housing market will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth for Pranava One Hyderabad.
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads into successful closures.
- Conduct client meetings, project site visits, and high-value negotiations.
- Build & maintain relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to ensure lead quality and timely
follow-ups.
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives to achieve overall team targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and provide market insights to management.
- Uphold the brand image of Pranava Group with a strong customer-centric approach.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record of closing high-value sales in real estate.
