Job Description: Tele Counsellor - Tours & Travel

  • Provide effective counselling to potential clients regarding travel packages, itineraries, and services offered by the company.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their travel needs, including flight bookings, visa processing, and holiday packages.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, seasonal packages, promotional offers, and services.
  • Educate clients about the visa requirements, travel insurance, and other necessary documents for their trips.
  • Follow up on leads generated via digital platforms, walk-ins, and referrals to convert them into bookings.
  • Ensure clear, professional, and friendly communication to build a positive client relationship.
  • Address customer queries and resolve any issues related to travel services promptly.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports, including client feedback and potential leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.

Preferred Experience: 0 – 6 Months in a similar role in the tours and travel industry or fresher can apply.
