Role Overview

We are seeking a 
Travel Advisor – International Holidays
to join our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will be skilled in itinerary planning, have excellent communication abilities, and be customer-focused with a flair for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client travel preferences and create tailored international holiday packages.
  • Plan and coordinate itineraries, flights, accommodations, and activities for destinations worldwide.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, visas, travel insurance, and other travel requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and airlines to get the best rates and services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
  • Stay updated on global travel trends, destination knowledge, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Experience:
     2–3 years in the travel industry, preferably handling international holiday packages.
  • Strong verbal and written 
    communication skills
     in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
  • Proven sales ability and customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of popular international destinations, flight bookings, and travel documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic travel software/booking platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
