Job Description:

We are looking for a Ticketing Executive to join our Travel Operations team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with GDS systems, and a solid understanding of ticketing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle flight reservations, fare quotations, and ticket issuance using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
  • Manage schedule changes, reissuance, refunds, and other ticketing-related operations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel industry regulations.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
  • Provide after-sales support for booking modifications and related queries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification required).
  • Proven experience in the travel industry with proficiency in any GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
  • Strong command over English (both oral and written).
  • Customer-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in manual commands on GDS.
  • Familiarity with fare calculations, ticket issuance, and reissuance processes.
  • Local candidates are preferred.
  • Graduates with relevant travel experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Must have hands-on experience in the travel industry with GDS knowledge.
  • Comfortable handling all aspects of ticketing and related operations.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
