Job Summary: 
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Online Bidder/Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in IT sales or online bidding. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr, managing the full sales cycle, and communicating effectively with international clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, target-oriented, and skilled in proposal writing and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively bid on IT projects using online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Independently manage the sales cycle from proposal creation to deal closure.
- Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in online bidding or IT sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to write compelling proposals and close deals.
- Strong familiarity with major bidding platforms.
- A self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused mindset.
- Should be able to handle monthly revenue target
