Sales Executive Business Development Executive - Digital LED Screens Permanent Installations Location Kolkata West Bengal Head Office - Operations across East India Job Type Full-time Experience 1-5 years Industry Electronics Digital Display Solutions B2B Sales Signage Systems About Us We are created to bring world-class digital LED display technology to businesses and institutions across East India We are the exclusive distributor of for East India India s largest digital OOH and LED display solutions company Through this partnership we deliver premium indoor and outdoor LED screens designed for permanent installations not rentals or advertising networks Our LED products are used across retail showrooms corporate offices educational institutions real estate projects auditoriums hospitality spaces residential home-theatres and public environments helping brands and organizations elevate their visual presence through cutting-edge digital displays We are looking for motivated and driven Sales Executives Business Development Executives to promote and sell permanent LED display solutions across East India The role involves B2B solution selling identifying prospects understanding their requirements and offering tailored LED display systems from our Xtreme Media product portfolio Key Responsibilities Identify approach and develop new B2B clients for LED screen sales and installations Promote Xtreme Media s indoor outdoor and custom LED display solutions Meet with architects builders system integrators event companies retail chains and corporate clients Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate display configurations Prepare proposals quotations and techno-commercial offers in coordination with internal teams Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and presentations to order closure and payment follow-ups Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners for long-term business growth Stay updated on industry trends competitor products and new LED technologies Willingness to travel across East India for client meetings and project discussions Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or diploma in Business Marketing Electronics or a related field 1-5 years of experience in B2B or project-based product sales preferably in LED displays AV systems signage or electronics Strong technical understanding or willingness to learn about LED display specifications pixel pitch brightness resolution etc Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Self-motivated organized and able to meet sales targets independently Fluency in English Hindi and Bengali Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for tech sales may also apply What We Offer Competitive salary performance-based incentives Opportunity to represent Xtreme Media India s market leader in digital display solutions Training and exposure to advanced LED display and integration technologies Dynamic fast-growing and supportive work culture Clear career path into senior or regional sales leadership roles Salary Range 35 000- 50 000 per month plus attractive sales incentives based on performance and project value Key Skills B2B Sales Project Sales LED Displays Xtreme Media Digital Screens Indoor LED Outdoor LED Signage Systems AV Solutions Electronics Sales Channel Development Corporate Sales Technical Sales Client Acquisition
