Reservations Associate Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling reservations, responding to inquiries, and updating systems simultaneously.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to fulfill customer requests and resolve issues.
  • Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Update and maintain reservation records, ensuring all customer details are correct and up to date.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries about availability, rates, and services.
  • Modify or cancel reservations based on customer needs, following company guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction.
  • Remain disciplined and organized in maintaining logs, reports, and schedules.
  • Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and processes, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, packages, and policies to assist guests accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and customer service at all times.
  • Upsell services or packages when appropriate to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain detailed records of reservations and follow up on special requests or VIP arrangements.
