Role & Responsibilities

  • Work on-site during night shift hours to execute outbound sales campaigns and follow-up activities focused on lead conversion.
  • Make high-volume cold calls and WhatsApp/email outreach to qualify prospects, generate interest, and book appointments for senior sales staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM; update lead statuses and activity logs daily.
  • Achieve individual KPIs including number of calls, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings while adhering to compliance and data-protection standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and support campaign improvements based on feedback.
  • Participate in regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to improve pitch effectiveness and product knowledge.

Candidate Qualifications & Expectations

  • Freshers welcome; strong verbal communication in English and Hindi (written clarity is a plus).
  • Willingness to work fixed night shifts on-site and commit to shift schedules consistently.
  • High level of motivation, target orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
