About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales outreach, CRM handling, and online marketing campaigns.
Insides Sales Position
• Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across industries.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to present Brainbox Digital's services.
• Quality leads based on requirements, budget, and timelines before passing to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead data and track activities in Zoho Recruit/CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and improve outreach.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance and conversion metrics.
• Achieve lead generation targets and refine strategies based on feedback and analytics.
• Represent Brainbox Digital professionally in client interactions, events, and networking.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen client acquisition strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Digital Marketing (B2B preferred).
• Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and digital ad platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in IT / SaaS / Consulting industry.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing basics.
• Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
