Manager - Network Operations & Support

Project Deployment to manage the end-to-end deployment of telecom projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telecom infrastructure deployment, network rollout, site integration, and vendor coordination. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and strong project management skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Lead the deployment of telecom projects, including network rollouts, RF planning, and site integrations.
  • Adept in 2G/4G/5G RAN Deployment
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all project phases, from initiation to closure.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage relationships with telecom operators, regulatory authorities, and infrastructure providers.
  • Conduct periodic project reviews with stakeholders and report progress.

Technical & Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee network planning, RF engineering, and telecom equipment installation.
  • Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and work on resolution strategies.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost optimization.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during deployment.
  • Manage legal and regulatory compliance for telecom infrastructure deployment.

Team Leadership & Training:

  • Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, technicians, and site supervisors.
  • Conduct training programs for team members on telecom deployment best practices
