Role & responsibilities :

1. Operations Management

  • Supervise day-to-day caf operations, ensuring smooth workflow during all shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per company and FSSAI guidelines.
  • Manage inventory order supplies, track stock, and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition; coordinate maintenance when required.
  • Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.

2. Customer Experience

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the cafs ambiance and brand presentation at all times.

3. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and schedule caf staff (baristas, servers, kitchen team).
  • Conduct regular team briefings, assign duties, and monitor performance.
  • Motivate team members to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Ensure compliance with grooming, attendance, and behavior standards.

4. Sales & Business Performance

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Implement upselling and promotional strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Analyze caf performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain target profit margins through cost control and efficient operations.

5. Brand & Community Engagement

  • Uphold brand standards and values in every customer interaction.
  • Support local marketing initiatives or events to increase footfall.

Preferred candidate profile :

Experience:

  • 1-3-years of experience in caf, QSR, or restaurant management.
  • Prior experience in handling daily store operations, team management, and customer service.

Education:

  • HSC/Graduate in Hospitality Management,
