Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to drive business growth across South India. The role involves promoting our Control Panels, BN Vibration Monitoring Systems, Engineering Services, and Industrial Products, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

Identify and develop new customers in target sectors such as power, process industries, oil & gas, and manufacturing.

Promote Control Panels, BN Vibration Monitoring Systems, Engineering Services, and Trading Materials.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong and lasting relationships with existing clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical-commercial solutions.

Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

3. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Submit sales forecasts, visit reports, and customer feedback regularly.

Participate in exhibitions and customer presentations as required.

4. Order & Payment Follow-up

Ensure proper documentation and order processing.

Follow up for payment collection and timely order closures.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.

(Mechanical background not preferred.)

Experience:

210 years of experience in industrial product sales, control panels, instrumentation, or vibration monitoring systems.

Exposure to OEMs, EPCs, and industrial clients preferred.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good technical understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Sales target achievement.

New customer development.

Repeat business and customer retention.

Timely payment follow-ups.
