**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the polymers market.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research and Client Acquisition**:

- Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential customers.
- Present and promote our engineering polymer solutions and additive masterbatches to prospective clients.
- **Product Knowledge and Technical Support**:

- Leverage a strong understanding of engineering polymers such as Polyacetals (POM), Polyamides (PA), Polycarbonate (PC), ABS, TPU, and others to address client needs.
- Provide technical assistance and product demonstrations to clients.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and client support.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to meet client specifications and deadlines.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the polymer or plastic industry.
- Strong knowledge of engineering polymers and masterbatch solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel to meet clients as needed.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in compounding and colouring of engineering polymers.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements such as RoHS and REACH.
- Knowledge of filled materials like glass fibre, carbon fibre, PTFE, and flame retardants.
