Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Admin to support our finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with bookkeeping, processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
- Process supplier invoices, expense claims, and staff reimbursements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Help prepare tax returns and assist with tax filings.
- Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve queries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in payroll processing and related records.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance support role.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- AAT qualification or currently studying towards one is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
