Skillverse Education & Migration Consultancy is a growing Australia-focused education and migration firm. We're looking for a Management Trainee – Accounts based in Dehradun (Work From Home) to support our finance and operations team and grow into a core accounts role within the business.

Key Responsibilities

1.Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and receipts.

2.Support preparation and maintenance of financial records, ledgers, and basic reports.

3.Help with bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and petty cash records.

4.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate recording of client payments and refunds.

5.Assist in preparing simple monthly summaries (revenue, expenses, outstanding payments, etc.).

6.Maintain organised digital records of financial documents on shared drives/software.

7.Support the management team with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks.

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

2.Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

3.Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.

4.Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills.

5.Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.

6.Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

7.Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Internship or 0–1 year experience in an accounts/finance role.

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

Prior remote work experience is an advantage.
