Job Title: Salesforce Trainee – Dehradun (Full-Time, Onsite) Location: Dehradun, India Company: Rialtes Rialtes is expanding its Salesforce practice and is looking for passionate freshers / early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in the Salesforce ecosystem. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Dehradun. Selected candidates must be willing to relocate to and work from Dehradun. What You’ll Get Rialtes will invest in your growth through: - Structured Salesforce training by experienced consultants - Guided preparation for Salesforce certifications - Hands-on experience on live client projects after successful completion of training - Exposure to real-world enterprise implementations and best practices Key Responsibilities After the training period, you will: - Work with senior consultants to configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) - Support requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT activities - Help in data management, reporting, and dashboard creation - Participate in client meetings, demos, and internal reviews - Continuously learn and stay updated with Salesforce features and releases Who Should Apply - Fresh graduates (B.Tech / B.E – Computer Science, IT, or related fields) - 0–2 years of experience in IT / software (any technology) - Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills - Good communication skills and willingness to learn - Ready to relocate and work from Dehradun office full-time Selection Process 1.
