Role Overview
The School Administrator will be responsible for the overall administration and operational management of the school campus. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple departments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Leadership
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the school.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of departments such as Accounts, Admissions, HR, Compliance, and Transport.
- Ensure smooth communication between academic and non-academic departments.
2. Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
- Manage CBSE-related work including documentation, inspections, and reporting.
- Liaise with government bodies such as DEO, UDISE, OASIS, LOC and ensure all statutory compliances are met.
3. Operations Management
- Supervise housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the campus.
- Oversee campus maintenance, repair work, and vendor coordination.
- Manage transport operations ensuring student safety and route efficiency.
- Monitor payroll processes in coordination with the HR department.
- Handle procurement and vendor management for school supplies and services.
4. Discipline & Safety
- Maintain discipline and order within the school premises.
- Ensure campus security and effective surveillance systems are in place and functioning.
5. Financial & Resource Management
- Support the accounts department in managing budgets and expenditure tracking.
- Ensure cost-effective utilization of school resources.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in school administration or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of CBSE norms, school compliances, and government liaison work.
