Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Documentation Specialist with strong experience in Cursor AI and modern documentation workflows. The ideal candidate will have a passion for simplifying complex technical concepts and producing clear, accurate documentation for software products, tools, and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain user guides, API references, installation manuals, and technical process documents.
  • Use Cursor AI and other AI-assisted writing tools to accelerate documentation creation and ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product management teams to gather technical inputs and verify content accuracy.
  • Maintain documentation repositories using Git, Markdown, and Confluence.
  • Edit, format, and proofread content to ensure clarity, tone, and technical correctness.
  • Enhance document structure and manage content lifecycle through version control and publishing workflows.
  • Continuously refine documentation standards and templates to support scalability and localization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist in a software or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with Cursor AI, Markdown, Git-based workflows, and collaborative documentation tools.
  • Strong command over technical writing standards, structure, and readability.
  • Ability to understand and translate technical topics into user-friendly content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
