Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship will help you gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and provide exposure to real-world HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain HR records and update employee databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events
  • Assist with performance management and feedback collection
  • Draft HR letters and documents
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Eager to learn and able to handle confidential information professionally
