Responsibilities
1. Digital Automation & Analytics (Priority Focus)
- Lead the development of in-house automation solutions in collaboration with Asia Quality Team
- Build and manage interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for KPI tracking, audits, continual improvement, and governance reporting.
- Enhance and automate document management, idea logging, and workflow tools
- Drive digital adoption across Asia and GCC Quality teams.
2. Management of Quality Tools
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve core quality tools:
- Audit Management Tool
- Lessons Learned Portal
- Continual Improvement Tool
- Ensure user-friendliness, functionality, and alignment with WSP's Way of Working.
3. Governance & Reporting
- Compile and analyze monthly Quality Performance reports.
- Track and report progress against Quality Objectives and KPIs.
4. Internal Audits
- Plan and perform internal audits on Asia HSEQ MS, and Way of Working.
- Conduct virtual project audits, shared services audits, and folder reviews.
- Develop tailored checklists to suit audit criteria for different functions.
- Support Asia audits, NC/AFI closure, and escalations.
5. HSEQ MS Support
- Maintain HSEQ MS documents for relevance, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Quality Champions across Shared Services and Business Units.
- Publish HSEQ MS updates regularly on Canopy.
- Provide support on HSEQ related training
6. Business & Project Support
- Provide Quality support for projects and shared services across Asia.
- Support preparation of Quality documentation, bids, and branding requirements.
- Guide project teams in aligning with WSP's Way of Working.

How do I know when I am successful at what I do?- Reduction of complaints and improvement in project teams compliance with WSP way of working.
- Building strong relationships with project leads and Quality Managers
- I achieve our targets and objectives for support, compliance, and training.
- Our people are actively engaging in quality collaboration and excellence
- Audits are timely done and reported, same with the Project KPIs.
- Overall 6 to 8 years' experience, 2 years minimum with an international design or construction consultancy. (preferably Asia/China Region/Singapore)
- Formal training in an ISO 9001:2015 related course
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering and/or Construction related discipline
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English
- Experience of operational auditing
- Basic knowledge of database computer systems and software including Microsoft word, excel, Visio, Power BI and SharePoint.
- Flexible approach to managing, prioritising and delivering to deadlines in a demanding environment
- Experience of documentation processes within an engineering, design, or construction environment
- Proven expertise in ISO 9001:2015 implementation and auditing; knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 desirable.
