About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated
Recruiters
to join our Hyderabad office. This is an excellent opportunity for
fresh graduates
who are eager to build a career in
U.S. Recruitment and Staffing.
The role requires working in
U.S. Eastern Time
(night shifts) and will involve marketing candidate profiles, coordinating with clients, and managing recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and market candidate profiles to U.S.-based clients.
  • Understand job requirements and match suitable candidates.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities.
  • Support the team in achieving daily/weekly hiring targets.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients and candidates.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to U.S. staffing/recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge/interest in recruitment or marketing profiles is a plus (training will be provided).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
