Social Media & E-Commerce Manager
to join our team and help us build stronger digital presence and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, product features) aligned with brand identity
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and sales
  • Handle e-commerce platforms (Shopify / Amazon / Flipkart / Website CMS) – including product listings, inventory updates, and promotions
  • Monitor analytics and generate performance reports to optimize strategies
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams for content and campaigns
  • Manage customer queries on social media and online platforms professionally

Requirements

  • 1 years of proven experience in social media management and/or e-commerce operations
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media algorithms
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Creativity with content creation (knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / video editing is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and think strategically
