Specialist – Marketplace Advertising (Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketplace Advertising strategist to lead paid media strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.). The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns to maximize visibility, ROAS, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and optimize Amazon Advertising (AMS) campaigns – Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display.
  • Manage Flipkart Advertising campaigns – Product Listing Ads (PLA), Brand Ads, and Display promotions.
  • Execute Quick Commerce advertising across platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, and BigBasket – in-app ads, banner placements, and assortment visibility promotions.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics – ROAS, CTR, ACoS, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid optimization to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Work closely with marketplace account managers to unlock visibility opportunities and promotional placements.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives, product content, and A+ content that drive conversions.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for scaling.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon AMS, Flipkart PLA & Ads, and Quick Commerce ad formats.
  • Proficiency in Helium10, Google Analytics, Shopify, or other ad analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ad performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills to work with internal stakeholders and external platform teams.

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
