Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our brand.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, with a preference for MBA/PGDM holders.
