About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Email & Lead Generation Specialist
to drive top-of-funnel growth for our B2B SaaS sales pipeline. The role involves building and executing targeted outreach campaigns, generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with the sales team to convert opportunities.

B2B SaaS, outbound email campaigns, lead qualification, and demand generation
.
Key Responsibilities
•
Email Campaigns & Outreach
o Design, execute, and optimize personalized outbound email campaigns for prospect engagement.
o Segment databases and tailor messaging by industry, region, and buyer persona.
o Maintain high email deliverability and response rates through A/B testing.
•
Lead Generation & Prospecting
o Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors, etc.).
o Generate qualified leads via email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
o Manage and enrich CRM database with accurate contact and company information.
•
Lead Qualification & Handover
o Nurture leads through email drips and follow-ups until they are sales-ready.
o Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and hand over to sales team.
o Track lead pipeline and conversion rates.
•
Analytics & Reporting
o Measure campaign effectiveness (open rates, CTR, response rate, MQL to SQL conversion).
o Provide weekly/monthly reports and insights to sales leadership.
o Continuously optimize strategies for higher ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
• 2–4 years of experience in
B2B lead generation, inside sales, or demand generation
(preferably in SaaS/Tech).
• Strong knowledge of
email marketing tools
(HubSpot, Mailchimp, Outreach, Apollo, , etc.).
• Familiarity with
CRM systems
(Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Excellent research skills using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS buying cycle and enterprise sales process.
• Strong written communication skills with ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in
enterprise SaaS sales environment
.
• Knowledge of
ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
strategies.
• Hands-on experience with
email deliverability best practices
.
• Exposure to global markets (US, Europe, APAC).
