Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for the Managing Director.
  • Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and circulate MIS reports on business operations, sales, projects, and financials.
  • Develop, design, and present business presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
  • Track action items, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the MD.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and communications with utmost discretion.
  • Assist in research, data analysis, and preparation of briefs for meetings.
  • Support the MD in strategic initiatives, business reviews, and project monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in preparing
    MIS reports, Excel dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
