
Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for the Managing Director.
- Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and circulate MIS reports on business operations, sales, projects, and financials.
- Develop, design, and present business presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Track action items, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the MD.
- Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and communications with utmost discretion.
- Assist in research, data analysis, and preparation of briefs for meetings.
- Support the MD in strategic initiatives, business reviews, and project monitoring.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure, or related industries.
- Strong skills in preparing
MIS reports, Excel dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations
. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
