Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Incharge based in Kottayam and Alappuzha. The Territory Sales Incharge will be responsible for managing sales activities within their designated territory, maintaining relationships with dealers and distributors, developing sales strategies, and providing training to sales teams. The role includes monitoring sales performance, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while coordinating with other departments to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Customer Service skills and the ability to address customer needs effectively
- Experience in Training and guiding sales teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the interior infrastructure industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
