About Aaoseekhe
Aaoseekhe is an EdTech startup focused on helping students build strong academic profiles, ace exams like GRE, GMAT, SAT, and enhance their public speaking and personality through programs like ASSET by Satish.
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin to support our Co-founder's Office. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who is serious about learning recruitment, admin operations, and startup management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update hiring trackers and intern performance sheets
- Assist with onboarding and documentation of new joiners
- Support in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and HR-related communication
- Coordinate with departments for intern assignments and task follow-ups
- Maintain daily reporting sheet and communicate updates with the Co-founder
Admin Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day admin operations in the office
- Assist in organizing seminars and managing event logistics
- Maintain office documentation and filing systems
- Ensure the office environment is organized and resourceful
- Liaison with vendors when needed
